This gym is amazing, truly made a huge difference in my sons running and coordination. Love that it’s a pretty flexible program and the coaches take the time with each kid to fine-tune things or give advice. The membership is like a gym, and we will definitely keep this going!!

This is. GREAT place. Nice facility and GREAT TRAINERS. The pricing is VERY AFFORDABLE, and whomever is seeking training will benefit from it GREATLY. Easy tonget to and not too far off the highway. I would completely recommend it to whomever is interested in getting in shage or seeking a competitive advantage. Working the fundamentals, which is the foundation and building from there.
