This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Speed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://elitespeed.org (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We keep what we collect to what we need in order to answer you and to understand how the Site is used, and we do not sell it.

Who runs this website

Our website is designed and maintained for us by LocalCraft Digital, which also provides the Site’s hosting, contact-form delivery, and first-party visitor analytics described below. LocalCraft Digital processes this information on our behalf, as our service provider, and does not sell it or use it for its own advertising.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The Site has forms for general contact, for claiming a free trial session, and for 7v7 tryout interest. When you submit one of them, we collect the information you enter, which is your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and whatever you write in the message and program fields. We use it to answer you, to arrange training, and to keep a record of the request.

Information collected automatically

The Site uses a first-party analytics pixel, served from localcraftdigital.com by our web partner, LocalCraft Digital, so we can see how visitors use the Site and which pages and calls to action lead to inquiries. When you browse the public pages, it records:

• the pages you view, and the links and buttons you click;
• taps on our phone number and our email address;
• when you submit a form on the Site;
• the page you arrived from (the referrer) and the path of each page you visit;
• your browser and device type, taken from the user agent your browser sends;
• an approximate location, meaning country and city, derived from your IP address;
• a randomly generated session identifier used to group a single visit together.

This analytics pixel does not follow you across other websites, does not build an advertising profile, and is not used for third-party ad targeting.

Cookies and browser storage

The Site uses a small amount of browser storage to hold the session identifier described above, so that a single visit can be counted accurately. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or clear browser storage in their settings, and the Site still works if you do.

How we use your information

• to answer your questions and arrange the training you asked about;
• to follow up about a request you submitted;
• to understand how the Site is used and improve its content and layout;
• to detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions;
• to meet our legal obligations.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• LocalCraft Digital, our website, hosting, analytics, and form-delivery provider, which stores form submissions and analytics for us and emails new inquiries to us;
• Vercel, which hosts the Site and its servers, and which therefore processes the requests your browser makes to it;
• Resend, the transactional email service used to deliver form submissions to our inbox;
• Google, because our contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our location. Loading that map means Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy;
• authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

Data retention

We keep form submissions and inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our ordinary business and record-keeping, and we keep analytics data for a limited period to measure how the Site performs. You can ask us to delete information about you at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect your information

The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored submissions is limited to us and our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@elitespeed.org or call (618) 326-1555 and we will handle the request directly. We do not treat you differently for making one. Some states give their residents additional privacy rights. If a law where you live gives you a right this policy does not describe, say so in your request and we will respond to it.

Children’s privacy and information about athletes

Elite Speed trains young athletes, so this section matters more here than it does on most websites. Read it carefully if you are a parent or guardian.

• The forms on this Site are meant to be completed by an adult. We do not ask children to create accounts, and there is no login, no forum, and no chat on this Site.
• Because we train minors, a parent or guardian filling out a form often includes information about their child, for example the athlete’s name, age, sport, or position, in the message field. We use that only to answer the inquiry and to arrange training.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through this Site.
• We do not collect medical records, health history, or payment card details through this Site.
• If you are a parent or guardian and you want us to delete information you submitted about your child, including a child under 13, email info@elitespeed.org or call (618) 326-1555. Tell us the name and the approximate date of the submission so we can find it. We will delete it from our records and ask our service providers to delete their copies.
• If you believe a child under 13 submitted information to us without a parent or guardian, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control, including our social media profiles and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
